A deterministic relevance filter drops the bulletins that do not touch the client's jurisdictions or sectors, and a transparent prioritizer — not the model — sets the posture; the model rates each relevant change's materiality and drafts the memo, with a partner as the final reviewer. The on-prem story: always-on monitoring on the firm's own fleet at zero per-query cost, with the client's profile and the drafted alert never leaving the firm.
