Distributed data-room review · M&A diligence

A target's data room arrives as a stack of independent documents, key contracts, financing, permits, corporate records. Each can be digested on its own, so the work is embarrassingly parallel. We run the same data room two ways at once: on the left, one node working through it document by document; on the right, the mesh reviewing several documents at once across its qwen and llama nodes, then an aggregator reconciles the digests into one deal-issues memo, surfacing the consents and defaults the transaction triggers across documents. In production the mesh runs on-prem, so the data room never leaves the firm; this demo runs on Intel Tiber Cloud.
