Distributed data-room review · M&A diligence
A target's data room arrives as a stack of independent documents — key contracts, financing, permits, corporate records. Each can be digested on its own, so the work is embarrassingly parallel. We run the same data room two ways at once: on the left, one node working through it document by document; on the right, the mesh reviewing several documents at once across its qwen and llama nodes, then an aggregator reconciles the digests into one deal-issues memo — surfacing the consents and defaults the transaction triggers across documents. Every token is served on-prem; the data room never leaves the firm.
